The research included five chapters : the importance of the research was manifested in identifying the role of the creative coach in disposition in the match plans and his ability to make successful and correct decisions and instill confidence and willpower in the hearts of his players through the realism in which he works in training and competition.

As for the research problem he wanted The researcher identifies the coaches ability, their technical capabilities and the possibility of leadership through the opinion of football coaches of their coaches by offering some tools (metrics) that are able to access the scientific and logical facts in this research problem.

Conclusions 1-The presence of a highly significant correlation between the psychological creativity scale and the practical self-measure for Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, Second).

2-The presence of a highly significant correlation between the psychological creativity scale and the transformational leadership scale for Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, Second).

3-The presence of a highly significant correlation between the measure of the practical self and the scale of transformational leadership for Iraqi football coaches (Premier, First, Second).

Recommendations The 1-researcher recommends adopting the current measures to reveal the levels (the practical self and the leadership) for the Iraqi league soccer coaches (Premier, First and Second).

2-The necessity for the coaches to pay attention to the theoretical aspect of sports training and to see the leadership models used in leadership and to benefit from them in the leadership of football clubs.

3-Conducting new scientific studies to identify the relationship between the terms of the current study and other variables related to the work of football coaches.

4-Working to involve soccer coaches in qualifying courses for the psychological and leadership aspects by specialists in sports psychology.
