The Mawali was one of the most prominent elements of the society from the Prophet's mission until the end of the Rashidun Caliphate, and they had relations with the Arthat differed according to the interests that bind them, and according to the loyalty that unites them.

The word also differed in its meanings and connotations, so it carried many meanings before Islam, and when Islam came they become more different and came to include other meanings, but at the time of the Rashidun Caliphate, a difference appeared in the concept of this word, and it was given to non/Arab citizens of the open countries, just as the saints had a role in the Arab Islamic community in all levels before the mission and until the end of the Rashidun era, and Islam gave the saints rights and duties The study tackles their situation, but equaled them with the rest of society.
