The first chapter addressed the problem discussed in this research, which is the topic of kindergarten and its problems in several fields such as conferences, seminars, studies and research.

The educating and qualitative conferences confirmed the existence of a problem in the performance of kindergartens, which recommended greater attention from the concerned and relevant parties.

Thus, several problems were identified in the educating process in the kindergarten stage in its various aspects, including the poor performance of kindergartens in the administrative and technical fields, as well as the importance of research for governmental educating institutions in the private and public sector.

This chapter addressed also the objective of this research.

Which is, to build a calendar of artistic activities in kindergartens according to the fields (teacher curriculum and methods of teaching it - activities and events) as well as the limits of the research, which included kindergartens in education directorates in the city of Baghdad (Al-Russafa) for the academic year 2010-2011.

The chapter was concluded with the definition of terms (evaluation-kindergarten.) As for the second chapter, it includes the theoretical framework of the research, as it consists of two important sections.

The first (the historical development of the calendar) and second discussed (kindergarten philosophy in the world.) As for the third chapter, it includes the research procedures, as it contained a description of the exploratory research sample, the group of experts, the research tool and its construction method the total of the exploratory sample reached (20) individuals, including teachers from both genders, specialists, and workers in the field of kindergarten and curricula from the two ministries of education and the adoption of the Delphi method in Research methodology and then work for statistical means.

As for the fourth and final chapter, the research results ensure that the child has all the ability to communicate with external and internal living conditions and life.

Therefore, kindergarten teachers must hold training and rehabilitation courses to clarify many educating and psychological concepts about children, develop, and improve their personality.

In light of the its results, the researcher reached the most important conclusions: -1 The now approved kindergarten for children in Baghdad is not suitable for its educating and entertaining function for children on many levels.

-2 Children at this age stage have specific characteristics and features that require the provision of an environment with special characteristics suitable for them.

In light of the conclusions, the researcher makes the following recommendations: -1 Providing corrective educating curricula for kindergarten teachers by the Ministry of Education for use during the renewal or establishment of the kindergarten.

-2 Decision-making for individuals.

This is done by familiarizing students with the needs of the students for the purpose of planning a program that suits them.

How much the researcher presented in this chapter a set of proposals, namely: -1 Preparing a kindergarten teacher according to an advanced scientific approach according to the qualities of a kindergarten teacher.

-2 Establishing a calendar of kindergarten activities.

The specialists in this aspect must realize the principle of the child's needs from all psychological, mental and physical aspects.

In conclusion of the research, the researcher presented a list of Arab and foreign sources which were benefited from in the field of research..
