At the present time has become common and abundant, and the damages that are searched for are material and actual damages, but the moral or pecuniary damages that occur to the creditor as a result of this procrastination have not been searched, and it is common that contractual liability is not compensated for moral damage in it other than compensation for damages in Minor liability, but if we look carefully at it, we will find that pecuniary damage can be found in delayed debts.
