The research includes showing the importance of the role of strategic leadership in stimulating innovation among workers in institutions in general, and the research problem crystallizes in answering the question: Is there a relationship between strategic leadership and innovation among workers? In light of this, Al-Mansour General Contracting Company was chosen as a community to search to draw a clear vision of strategic leadership under the auspices of innovation and innovators.
The research aims to enhance confidence in strategic leadership and their methodology and their clear impact in raising the level of innovation of workers based on two main hypotheses, namely: The existence of relationship relationships that have a moral impact for strategic leadership in creating and developing the spirit of innovation among workers.
And the researchers sought to include this research within a theoretical framework and a comprehensive analysis after testing its variables using statistical methods for the collected data (percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression coefficient).
Whose data were collected through a questionnaire of (30) questionnaires, which targeted members of the research sample, a group of managers and employees in the departments of the researched company.
The researchers reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of an influence of strategic leadership in developing creativity among employees.
As a result, a set of recommendations were formulated to activate communication between leaders at all levels and workers.
To stand on their legitimate and constructive requirements and aspirations and include them in the strategic goals and develop plans to provide full support for the development of employee skills and the development of innovation and innovation to achieve leadership for the company in the sector in which it operates.
