Abstract EN
The study seeks to identify the extent of interest in strategic intelligence, and to identify the strength of institutional innovation in Iraqi universities in Diyala province, to determine the extent of the impact of strategic intelligence on institutional creativity in Iraqi universities in Diyala province.
The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were relied upon to collect the study data, and the current study population is represented in the employees in the administrative and academic positions in the Iraqi governmental and private universities in Diyala Governorate.
Over 350 lists are valid for statistical analyses.
The study found that interest in strategic intelligence in the universities under study was of a moderate degree.
And the interest in institutional innovation in the universities under study was also of a moderate degree.
The study found that there is a direct correlation with statistical significance between strategic intelligence and institutional innovation, and that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05) for the dimensions of strategic intelligence on institutional innovation in Iraqi universities in Diyala province.
The study recommended the importance of working to support interest in strategic intelligence by adopting the method of partnership with local, regional and international educational institutions, which gives them greater ability to face complex circumstances.
It also recommended supporting interest in institutional innovation in universities, by spreading the culture of creativity in service in all functional disciplines and administrative and academic levels in universities.
