Contemporary organizations operate under changing and complex circumstances that pose many challenges that they have never experienced before, and therefore it is imperative that these organizations face such challenges quickly and efficiently.

Organizational commitment is a major impact on the success of the organization and its continuity in the business environment.

The success of the organization and its attainment of its objectives is linked to the belief and conviction of the individuals working in these goals.

Administrative filing is a combination of decisions that enable an individual to produce new ideas and distinguish them with the aim of solving a problem or developing a working system in a manner that ensures the achievement of the goals of the organization in which it operates.

In light of this, the research aims to identify the contribution of organizational commitment in determining the level of administrative deposit with sports specialists in youth and sports directorates.

The descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the research.

The sample included (150) sports specialists in the youth and sports directorates.

The researcher used the questionnaire directorates.

The forms (organizational commitment of sports specialists - administrative creativity of sports specialists).

The results of the research concluded that the level of organizational commitment and the level of administrative deposit is high among athletes, as well as the existence of a statistically significant expulsive correlation between organizational commitment and administrative creativity.

Finally, the first dimension (emotional commitment) received the highest contribution rate followed by the second dimension (normative commitment) in determining the level of Administrative Deposits with Sports Specialists in Youth and Sports Directorates according to the opinions of the research sample
