Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the correlation and effect between organizational ambidexterity and sustainable performance in a sample of universities in Duhok Governorate.

The study depends on the questionnaire as the main technique to collect data by distributing the questionnaires electronically to the teaching staff at the universities considered.

Seventy-seven questionnaires were valid for the analysis.

The study used a group of statistical tools to analyze data by employing the (SPSS Ver.26) package.

The study produced several results, the most important of which there is a significant correlation between organizational ambidexterity and sustainable performance; and there is a significant impact of organizational ambidexterity on sustainable performance in the colleges of the universities considered.
