استعمال نموذج (BCC)‎ لتقييم إداء الجامعات العراقية : دراسة تطبيقية في عينة من الجامعات العراقية

Abstract EN

This study aimed to Evaluation of some Iraqi universities by assessing the performance of universities for the academic years (2015 to 2018), and employ the model (BCC) to do this, and identify universities that achieve a full efficiency rate (100% ) through (using the least amount In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the (BCC) model was applied to achieve the maximum outputs, identifying inefficient universities with diagnosis of inefficiencies, as well as knowledge of reference universities (universities that serve as a model for inefficient universities).

Data (inputs and outputs) eight Iraqi universities are: (University of Technology, University of Babylon, Jam Tikrit University, Maysan University, Kirkuk University, Muthanna University, Thi-Qar University, and Sumer University.

Four criteria (inputs and outputs) were adopted as the basis or criteria for classifying and evaluating the performance of universities.

The results of the evaluation showed that one of the eight universities achieved a full efficiency rate during the four years approved for evaluation, the University of Dhi Qar, which ranked first.

The most important recommendations of this study, that universities that did not achieve a full efficiency ratio as much as possible benefit from performance Efficiency indicators obtained through the models output orientation of Variable Size Returns, in order to reach the optimum size and achieve a full Efficiency Ratio (100% ), and Studying the reasons why some universities have reached the level of full efficiency and be ranked first, and that universities (especially the Department of Studies and Planning at the level of the presidency of universities) and colleges cooperate with researchers and facilitate their access to the necessary data to conduct research.
