تعد السيطرة النوعية من الأدوات الإحصائية الفعالة في مجال السيطرة على الإنتاجية لمراقبة ومطابقة المنتجات المصنعة للمواصفات القياسية والمعايير المعتمدة لبعض السلع والخدمات وتم استعمال أسلوب لوحات هوتلنك متعددة المتغيرات وهي احدى الطرائق المعلمية، في الكشف عن الانحرافات غير الطبيعية في العملية الإنتاجية إذ يهدف البحث إلى مراقبة العملية الإنتاجية من خلال عدة متغيرات في آن واحد ليعكس جودة المادة المنتجة وتم استعمال بيانات فحوصات مياه الشرب للمشروع ماء الشطرة القديم لتوضيح طريقة عمل أسلوب لوحات هوتلنك متعددة المتغيرات إذ تم اعتماد معيار طريقة الرسم لبيان أداء وكفاءة الطريقة المستعملة.

Quality control is an effective statistical tool in the field of controlling the productivity to monitor or conform the manufactured products to the standard qualities and the certified criteria for some products and services and the multivariate Hotelling charts method was used, which is one of the parametric methods, to detect the abnormal deviations in the production procedure.
the aim of this paper is to monitor the production procedure throughout a number of variables simultaneously to reflect the quality of the produced material.
the data of the tests of the drinking water in the old Shatra water project was used to illustrate the work of the multivariate Hotelling charts method where the graph method criterion was adopted to demonstrate the performance and efficiency of the used method.
