تناولت الدراسة تحليل قياس آثار المثبتات الديناميكية غير الريعية لتعزيز مثبت ديناميكي كلي يسهم في التخفيف من التقلبات الدورية التي تحدثها تقلبات اسعار النفط و الظروف الاخرى في الاقتصاد العراقي، كما اهتمت الدراسة بتحليل أهم المؤشرات المالية و النقدية المرتبطة بالاستقرار الاقتصادي و دراسة الأهداف الوسيطة كمعدلات التضخم و سعر الفائدة و سعر الصرف و كفاءة ادارتها لتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي.

The study dealt with an analyze the measurement of the effects of non-renting dynamic stabilizers to enhance an overall dynamic stabilizer that contributes to mitigating the periodic fluctuations caused by fluctuations in oil prices and other conditions in the Iraqi economy.
