Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of organizational justice in the Jordanian public and private universities from the point of view of faculty members.

The sample consisted of (377) faculty members from the study society.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a main tool.

The Jordanian public and private universities were in a medium level, In all fields, except for the field of distributive justice in public universities, there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) due to gender variable and years of experience in public universities, and regulatory change as a whole, and the academic level variable in procedural and interactive justice and organizational justice as a whole, And the gender and years of experience and academic rank in private universities in the areas of procedural justice and interactive and organizational justice as a whole There are statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variable of the university type for all fields and organizational justice as a whole and for the benefit of public universities, the academic level in the field of distributive justice for the benefit of teachers in public universities, gender variables and years of experience and academic rank in private universities for males and (10) years and less and an assistant professor in private universities, respectively.

In light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which was the increased attention to the dimensions of organizational justice.
