Abstract EN

This study aimed to identity the effect of material and moral incentives on reinforcing govcmancc elements (participation, justicc, accountability, and transparency) within the social security corporation, to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire for the purpose of data collccting was developed as the researcher used a categorical proportional sample for the branches of the social security corporation in the govemoralcs The valid questionnaire lor analysis were 282 questionnaire and the (SPSS.

16) software package was used for data analysis .

The study revealed a group of results among which : 1.

The perspectives of the participants came high regarding the level of financial and moral promotions' significance and the extent of the availability of govcmancc elements within the social Security corporation.

The was a significant effect for applying the system of financial and moral promotions on reinforcing govcmancc elements (participation, justicc and equality, accountability, and transparency).

In light of the results of the study, the researcher concluded with a group of recommendations among which : reinforcing the processes of estimating workers efforts by awarding and promoting them which in turn achieves a high level of performance by participating in drawing the institution's policies and in decision making process.

In addition , the researcher recommended the emphasis on meeting the needs and requirements of employees and the necessity for the management of the institution .

The system of promotion should reinforce governance elements by enhancing justice and equality among workers better performance within the institution through the existence of promotion system That will lead to support governance by applying the rules and instructions and in particular those related to the employees' rights and duties .
