Abstract EN
The effect of the training stimulus of rapid strength training with time of (5) seconds in some physical and skill variables, complex skill performance and the anaerobic ability of the first experimental group players.
- The effect of the training stimulus of rapid strength training with time of (7) seconds on some physical and skill variables, complex skill performance and the anaerobic ability of the players of the second experimental group.
- The effect of the training stimulus of rapid strength training with time of (9) seconds on some physical and skill variables, complex skill performance and the anaerobic ability of the third experimental group players.
The researcher used the experimental approach to its suitability and the nature of the research problem, and the research community determined intentionally by players emerging from the Samarra Sports Club under the age of (16) years old in football and whose number is (27) players and the research sample consisted of (21) players representing (77% ) of the research community The sample was divided into three experimental groups, homogeneity and parity were achieved between research groups in variables (age, length, and mass), physical and skill variables, complex skill performance and anaerobic ability under investigationThe researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Adoption of the exciting training time exercises the 9-second the training stimulus of rapid strength training to improve the working muscles of the legs and abdomen because of their effectiveness in positively affecting the sum of the physical characteristics, basic skills and complex skill performance as well as the anaerobic ability of emerging soccer players.
