Abstract EN

The research aims to: -To identify the level of obstacles facing the stage of the electronic scientific workshops from the educational point of view of the Faculty and the departments of physical Education and Sports Sciences at Mosul University, the descriptive method was used in the survey method and included the total research sample (165) From the Faculty of physical Education and Sports Sciences and to obtain data, a questionnaire form was designed for the obstacles facing the stages of the establishment of electronic scientific workshops and applied after the availability of scientific conditions in which the data were treated statistically through the computational media, standard deviation, and simple association of Pearson.

The percentage, the Seberman Brown equation, the Gitman equation, and the Alpha Kronbach factor Researchers recommended some recommendations: -.1- The need for the regulators of electronic scientific workshops to review the whole Procedures, steps and phases of their establishment and utilization of this study in a calendar The obstacles to their appearance with the required quality.2- The introduction by the officials of the organizers of electronic scientific workshops as well as the directors of training courses that include theoretical information and applied practices under the supervision of specialized agencies in the establishment of electronic scientific workshops
