The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method because it is more appropriate to the nature of the problem.

The research community included (188) players from the specialized schools in Baghdad governorate representing the difference games (volleyball, basketball, hand and foot) for the sports season (2018-2019).

The research sample consisted of (120) players, a sample that codified the measure of voluntary qualities.

The voluntary qualities measure of (48) words was applied to the members of the rationing sample from 12/7/2019 to 12/8/2019.

The researchers corrected the answers of the standardization sample and the use of statistical bag (spss) to extract the criteria of the scale, and the researchers concluded through their research to possess the players of specialized schools administrative attributes.
