The research problem focused on the following questions: Do volleyball coaches have the necessary training competencies? The aim of the research: was to identify the level of training competencies of Premier League volleyball club coaches from the players' point of view.

The research imposed: that coaches of Premier League clubs in volleyball possess a low level of training competencies.

The fields of research were: The human field: the advanced volleyball club players participating in the Premier League competitions for the sports season (2018-2019).

The temporal domain: 10/15/2018 - 5/5/2019.

The spatial domain: the internal halls of the participating clubs in Volleyball Premier League (People's Hall) - (Industry Club Hall).

As for the statistical methods used, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, are used to describe the research variables.
