As for the research objectives: Building a measure of sports talent management for Premier League club coaches in volleyball from the players' point of view.

The coaches of Premier League clubs should have a low level of sports talent management.

As for the research method: the researcher used the descriptive approach in two styles (survey and interrelationships) for its relevance and the nature of the research problem.

As for the conclusions, the coaches of the Premier League volleyball clubs had a very good level of sports talent management.

Recommendations Encourage the method used by volleyball coaches in managing sports talents.

Adopting coaches who possess high sports knowledge in developing the talents of volleyball players because of their positive role in managing sports talents.
