The study aimed to know the effect of ballistic training method on improving strength characterized by speed, focus of attention and accuracy of the skill of striking volleyball.

The researcher used the training approach and the study was conducted on a sample of (25) players in the Industry Club and divided into two groups, one of them was a control and consisted of (12) players, and the other was an experimental one that consisted of (13) players.

The application program was applied to the applied group by three training units per week.

One at a time of (60) minutes in one training unit for a period of (8) weeks, and the control group applied the traditional program.

After treating the data statistically, it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement for members of the control group in most of the strength tests characterized by speed.

The dimensional statistical data also indicated the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group members compared with the control group members in the force variable characterized by speed, focus of attention and accuracy of the skill of spiking volleyball.

The researcher recommends using ballistic training with different intensities (30% -50% ) on volleyball players at the age of (16-18) years.
