Abstract EN

The fluctuating financial situation that was prevailed in the last Abbasid era, had become a reason to write in the subject of this research to identify the elements affecting the financial policy resulting from the case of the treasury in Baghdad, during the last Abbasid era.

Therefore, the title of the research is formulated as follows (Financial Conditions Concerning the Treasury and its impact on the financial policy of the capital of the Caliphate during the last Abbasid era).

The research included several sections: the financial system, the income and expenses of the monetary treasury, surplus and deficits affecting the monetary, the money and its currency, the use of instruments and notarized cheque, mentioned the most important reasons that lead to the turmoil of the financial situation in the last Abbasid era.
