Abstract EN

1- Building a scale for، Knowledge management for sports organizations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.2- Knowing the level of Knowledge management among sports organizations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in both analytical and comparative methods.

The construction sample reached (312), and the application sample reached (312) from the members of sports organizations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The researcher used the knowledge management and marketing metrics that the researcher built.

The data were statistically treated using the theoretical mean, mean, standard deviation, percentage weight, percentage and test (t) for one sample.

The mean averages and the percentage weights exceeded all axes of knowledge management and mathematical marketing for the hypothetical average of (3) and the highest arithmetic mean in the axes of knowledge management (67.45% ) for the third and fourth axes while the lowest arithmetic average (65.62% ) for the fifth axis.

There is a significant different between the mean of sample in all axes and the theoretical mean in knowledge management and sport marketing.

Based on the results of the research results, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, including the dissemination of knowledge management among members working in sports organizations and their participation in courses and workshops for the advancement of the level of knowledge.
