The topic of this research revolves around two main problems related to the books of men in documentation and weakness, and the first is summarized in the concealment of the scholars' approach to criticism, as well as the ence of evidence and evidence for that, which raises a number of problems about the validity of these rulings to rely on, and the second problem It is one of the results of the hidden curriculum- and it is building on the originality of justice - attributed to Sheikh Al-Tusi and the Allama Al-Hilli - in amending the narrators, which requires judging justice (reliability) on every Muslim - a believer - who did not know his condition and did not show him immorality, and this scientific problem has its effects.

Which reflected negatively on the modern heritage, and the research mentioned a number of solutions, treatments and explanations related to these two problems, with a discussion of everything that is not suitable to be an answer or an explanation for those problems.
