There is no doubt that man, according to his nature, tends to procreate and seek children, and asking for children in a natural way may not be possible if there is an obstacle, whether in the woman or the man, so it is necessary to search for effective solutions that overcome such problems and obstacles.

Discovering a process to get rid of these problems called (artificial insemination).

Since this issue is one of the new issues on the jurisprudential arena, none of the old jurists have discussed it, but it was discussed jurisprudentially by contemporary jurists, and this issue took a great deal of space in view of its importance, and our media scholars addressed it by answering these questions that were raised about artificial insemination.
