Abstract EN

The scholars of Islamic nation have actively strive to collect evidence of legality rulings, and to speak about its narrator, body and indication, regarding to their different ranks and degrees in terms of accepting news, and their different perceptions to the texts and effects.

Accordingly, some scholars of “Al-hadiths of rulings” sing out to the authoring and classification.

Due to the importance of Al-hadiths rulings in Islamic jurisprudence, this type of science has become of cognitive and jurisprudential benefit by revealing these hadiths and studying its narrator and body.

The study of Al-hadith's rulings educates the strengthening of jurisprudence and the deductive ability in the same student.

Therefore, student will know how scholars reached at rulings from their evidence.

Finally, our discussion was in the Al-hadiths of Imam al-Hasan bin Ali Al-Askari (peace be upon them both), as they are among the Al-hadiths that it could be the reference of the rulings on worship.
