Abstract EN

This study aims to show The Impact of Credit Banks on the Indicators of the Jordanian Economy for the period (2000-2015), which represented by GDP, unemployment, inflation and the cost of living index using the SPSS program.

The financial data were analyzed using regression analysis and correlation coefficient, The results of the study indicate that there is a strong statistical relationship between the volume of credit Banks and GDP, which means that credit Banks have helped directly and positively in the Jordanian economy, so improved economic growth rates of the country.

The Central Bank's management should expand and increase the volume of credit Banks allowed to Jordanian banks to provide to individuals and institutions by reducing the ratio of legal reserve on deposits and liquidity ratio, which would affect the increase of granting facilities; With necessary to achieve periodic monitoring to ensure that the guidance of these facilities are trending to support the economic sectors and projects, which would reduce the unemployment rates and inflation rates in Jordan
