Abstract EN

The current paper attempts to highlight points of similarity between the Arabic rhetorical approach and modern stylistic approach under the umbrella of (Theory of Stylistic levels).

Besides, the hypothesis of the current study is about reflecting on the classic rhetorical approach that preceded the modern stylistic studies in systematic rooting of many concept that they presented to give a credit to the efforts made by our dear scholars.

It is worth mentioning that the researcher employed the analytic descriptive approach to draw an analogy between systematic approach of Abdulqahar Al-Jirjani and the structural approach where is defined as a model to verify the validity of the hypothesis of the study
