Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of leadership cadres and their role in the success of the administrative work mechanisms of the members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk, as well as to know the relationship between the leadership cadres and the success of the administrative work mechanisms of members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk.
