This study aims to identify the requirements of marketing human resources electronically, with clarification of the concepts of marketing of human resources and the requirements needed by the marketing of the human resource, as well as addressing the concept of marketing in general, considering that the philosophy of marketing of human resources is derived from it..

The use of technology and communication in marketing has become an imperative due to the great advantages that this concept enjoys, and for this reason the countries of the world competed to exploit and use them, to keep pace with the rapid global developments, especially in managing human resource issues.

Thus, getting out of the cycle of backwardness, because the criterion of progress now according to the United Nations reports is the extent of the ability of states to keep pace with the information revolution and the imperative to apply it.

The study yielded many results, the most important of which are: The electronic marketing of human resources is important in the field of reducing work costs, and completing work with the required speed and accuracy.

The study was then concluded with recommendations, the most important of which are: Work on selecting and acquiring competencies and skills and maintaining them, and the need to provide a stimulating and safe work environment that guarantees the security and stability of workers.
