It is no longer restricted to information alone, but rather has become more dependent on experience and innovation, meaning that in other words it depends on knowledge, and there is a great desire among some Arab countries to convert to a knowledge society, including developing countries, so we begin this research to get to know the concept of a society Information and knowledge society.

Then we talk about the most important foundations that help the establishment of the knowledge society, its stages of formation and the requirements of the knowledge society.
