The research aimed to identify the level of academic performance of the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to address the research problem, and the research sample consisted of the faculties of the colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Iraq, and the researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS) to address Statistical data, and the researchers concluded that the academic performance measure for teachers has achieved reliable scientific foundations and transactions, the researchers recommended paying attention to the academic performance of teachers in terms of performance, quality, academic programs, curricula and methods Teaching opportunities, learning resources, university book quality and goals, and educating teachers in colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Iraqi universities through continuous developmentcourses.
