Perhaps this compatibility as being due to a main reason is the compatibility of the ideas of the two groups and the lack of contentious issues between them, especially with late Ash'ari.

However, there are important reasons for which it should be considered and taken into account, among the most important of which are: the synchronization of the formation of the two groups with the fact that each group became independent in places and influence in which the other group did not contest it.

Matridism spread among the hanafis who were present in the east and north of the Islamic world.
