The phenomenon of financial and administrative corruption is a serious societal scourge that threatens all societies as a result of its association with the human desire to obtain material or moral gains in unlawful ways, whether in the exploitation of the job for personal purposes or extortion or favoritism or wasting public money or manipulating it, which caused great economic problems and default in the march The development of the countries of the third world, and its spread in state institutions is one of the most dangerous obstacles in the face of economic recovery because it leads to transfer of real resources and capabilities from the interest of all to the interest of specific persons This phenomenon has become a common situation in the institutions of the Iraqi state as a result of the lack of real control to reduce it, so it was obligatory for the supreme oversight bodies represented by the Integrity Commission and the Financial Supervision Bureau to exercise their active role in combating this dangerous scourge through awareness and education and referral of every spoiler trying to steal public money Or he trades the people's money through his position, his party, or his bloc to the judiciary, out of this importance.

The subject of our study was addressed to urge the supreme audit bodies in Iraq to activate their constitutional and legal role to combat all forms and manifestations of corruption.
