The research found a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: The ence of significant differences between the opinions of the employees of the Iraqi General Insurance Company and the opinions of the insured public about the role of the electronic payment system in the development of the insurance service, ie their opinions are one, This shows that the employees of the insurance company and the insured public agree that the electronic payment system has a role in the development of insurance service.

Finally, the researcher presented a number of recommendations.

The most important of these recommendations is the need for the Iraqi General Insurance Company to adopt the electronic payment system for the purpose of improving and developing the insurance service and achieving the satisfaction of its current and prospective customers to gain competitive advantage and leadership in this field.
