This was manifested in the devaluation of the financial allocations for puplic diplomacy and its abandonment of American foreign policy.

public's diplomacy no longer played an effective role during Trump's presidency, which is what his predecessor President Biden realized and made it a top priority.

The study showed the significant deficit in many aspects of spending on public diplomacy programs, and even the cancellation of some of its programmers, without paying attention to the Middle East region.

Although Biden did not show in his foreign policy a specific plan towards the mechanism by which the United States would regain its military hegemony.

However, he stressed the need to restore its role, and the study also concluded that public diplomacy is the trump card in the American foreign policy.
