The study aimed to identify the effect of transformational leadership on the organizational commitment of employees at King Khalid University, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and represented the study community of all workers at King Khalid University in Abha, and a random sample was selected consisting of ( 50) An employee of lecturers and administrators.

The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the level of King Khalid University’s practice of transformational leadership dimensions (the ideal effect of charisma, individual welfare, inspirational motivation, intellectual motivation) came from the point of view of its employees came with a high degree, and that the level of organizational commitment of workers at King Khalid University in Bajaa Also, there is an effect of transformational leadership dimensions (the ideal effect of charisma, individual care, inspirational motivation, intellectual motivation) on organizational commitment from the viewpoint of employees at King Khalid University, and there is no difference in the views of employees at King Khalid University in Transformational leadership on organizational commitment to gender difference, but there are statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience, in favor of years of experience ranging from 11-15 years, and there are statistically significant differences depending on the variable of the educational qualification in favor of the master class because they are the most numerous.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the need to develop and enhance transformational leadership in accomplishing daily tasks at King Khalid University, by following them continuously, and the need for the General Administration of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide all the needs and requirements for implementing transformational leadership because of its reflection Great commitment to organizational commitment, in addition to caring for the employee to reach the highest organizational commitment for him in the work and to work in all seriousness and competition to achieve the desired goals.
