Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources strategies (analysis, selection, training, evaluation) on organizational agility (sensing agility, decision-making agility, agility in practice), in commercial banks in Jordan, primary data were collected from the study population from all levels (Senior management, middle management) in commercial banks in Jordan, whose number is (13), and the questionnaire was distributed to the representative inspection unit (director, assistant manager, head of department, branch manager, assistant branch manager) of (320) administratively, and the researcher approved A proportional medical sample for all administrators, the descriptive analytical approach, and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used in order to address the statistical tests represented by multiple linear regression, to achieve the objectives of the study.

The most important findings of the study are that there is a positive impact of human resource strategies in terms of their combined dimensions (analysis, selection, training, evaluation) on organizational agility in terms of its combined dimensions (sensing agility, decisionmaking agility, practice agility) in Jordanian commercial banks.

The study recommended the need for commercial bank management to pay attention to human resource strategies by making a guide to the requirements of each position to facilitate identification of their human resource needs that help achieve competitive advantage, and to strive and pay attention to agility, sensing and making the decision to conduct a periodic evaluation of the potential impacts that occur in the external environment on its activity to increase the ability to Disclosure of the changes occurring in the movements of his competitors and saving them in the database for ease of procedure with modern methods of work, and the detection of the innovations of workers who have the ability to create a competitive advantage to quickly keep pace with the changes in the market.
