The paper dealt with the effectiveness of training on improving employee performance, with a case study of human resources management in the Ministry of Finance and Budget.

The paper discussed how to identify needs and design training programs in institutions, and the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to describe the phenomenon in the subject of study, and the study reached conclusions, including that training has an impact on improving the performance of human resources and contributes to developing the skills of workers and improving work performance in the study institution.

The study recommended the necessity of intensifying training courses, developing plans for continuous training, and evaluating the training program to ensure the success of the training process.

The study also recommended that individuals should be nominated for training courses based on the observations of the direct manager of workers and supervisory authorities.
