The honey is one of the natural products as the bees made it of nectar and store it in the cells of honeycomb.
Among the first civilizations that were guided to know honey was the civilization of Mesopotamia since 5000 B.

This is what the cuneiform texts referred to as the ancient Iraqi people knew honey which looked to be gathered from the wild bees and it was rare in the ancient centuries.
The profession of beekeeper or beekeeping wasn't clear to be progressed in the middle and south of ancient Iraq.
One of the most ancient cuneiform texts clarifies the fields of its use and the texts which carry medical prescriptions for treating many of diseases.
Besides, its ritual use when laying the foundations, building decrees for temples, and burial rites, while omens and forecasts had a share of them through the interpretation of his vision in dreams and visions, as well as, its nutritional importance in making many foods and sweets.
