The study of the history of international law is one of the prominent and important features of organizing the international contract in our present time, because it increases the awareness of societies with the facts of the times and its requirements.

The research problem revolves around answering questions such as: What is the concept of the history of international law? How was the beginning of the history of international law in the Islamic religion? And other questions that are based on a systematic analysis of the structure of Islamic and positive international law.
