Abstract EN

The aspiration to hope for a safer, more equitable and humane world still exists and change and true respect for human rights and the protection of its dignity is no longer, as in the past, an individual issue dealt with by internal laws.

Rather, human rights has become a global topic that is covered by all countries of the world and its governmental and non-governmental organizations.

The issue of human rights is the primary concern of all rulers, intellectuals, and jurists, and the greatness of states, peoples and nations is now measured by the extent to which human rights and public freedoms are respected, adhered to and provided with legal and practical protection for them.
