Al- Mahjouby Ahradhan is one of the political personages that played a well-known role in the political life in Morocco after the independence 3/3/1956 when he led in the early years, then he was the Governor of Rabbat, the protest movement that called for the reform and appealed to the Democracy and the multiparty to face the domination of the Moroccan Independence Party that tried to take alone the power.

The attitudes of Al-Mahjouby Ahradhan obtained the Support of the Royal Institution, and to consolidate those attitudes, he established with Abdulkarim Al-Khatib the party of Popular Movement, 1957, this party was a balanced element in the Moroccan Political Life.

Afterward, Ahradhan continued in defense of his reform political program in view of the multiparty in Morocco that established in the Constitution of 1962.

And it had an outstanding presence in the following political developments in Morocco until 1967 when the party of popular movement witnessed the dissension.
