The research studies the national socialist front and its Role in the Lebanese polities 1951–1952.

The front was established in the frame of a political opposition to president Bechara El Khoury and its reformation program included the amendment to the Lebanon constitution and reforming the political system and reinforce liberties including the Lebanese personal and press rights, the right for parties establishment, expand participation in the elections, abandoning political sectarianism, reduction of the authority of the president and the reform of the economic and social system.

The front worked for the preparation of the Lebanese upheaval and the public strike from the period August– September, 1952 until it managed eventually to force the president to resign and elected one of its members, Camille Chamoun for the presidency of the republic in September 23, 1952.
