Abstract EN

Islamic heritage is considered a tremendous wealth estimated at more than three million manuscripts scattered in the libraries of the Islamic and western world.

This tremendous heritage is not available to his mother from the nations or in any of the human languages especially that it is written in Arabic and it is a unique feature as it is the language of the Holy Quran and is closely related to religion and it is The language of worship according to the different races of Muslims, their colors and their tongues, and this made them survive and immortal for fourteen centuries.

The reason for my research in this field was after reviewing many libraries, as I found that they suffer from problems including problems related to the employees working in libraries, so many Some of them are not specialized in the field of indexing, and this is a major reason for not organizing indexing equally in libraries, and the other reason is the inability of some employees to work in this field because of the administration's ruling on this thing.

Therefore, the researcher has focused on this study to find out the method and approach followed in the Iraqi manuscripts house.
