This research speaks about the intellectual relations between Kuwait and Egypt, each one of them has his goals of these relations.
Kuwait looked forward to the recognition of their graduates' degrees from Egypt, and as for Egypt, it looked forward to building its position as the best in the intellectual and education field among Arab countries.
The research also emphasized on the evaluation of education in Kuwait from the year 1942 to 1952, it explains clearly on the nature of education procedure to 1952, at this Gulf Emirate through documents of Royal Ministry of Education of Egypt and through the Educational Dispatch that Egypt send at that time to This research speaks about the intellectual relations between Kuwait and Egypt, each one of them has his goals of these relations.
