Recently, the population density with urban construction has significantly been increasing.

This has adversely impacted on urban environmental, and also caused the inability of service establishments in such a city to solve the problem of population increasing.

So the land use is indiscriminate in districts of Adin city_the districts which have been distributed in seashores, gulfs, mountainsides, and rainy lands.
