Abstract EN

This research entitled (Establishing the presence of the ratio point of declaring disbelieve on the ground of loyalty to non-Muslim) addresses the impact of a judicial principle in preventing the excessiveness of declaration of disbelieve.

One of the main principles in Islam is to love Muslims, to be loyal to them, support them.

And to disavow the disbelieve, and avoid supporting the disbelievers.

Loyalty has different levels, in some cases it could lead out of the abode of Islam, and in some cases it doesn't.

Scholars have established the fact that the mere dealing with non-Muslims in worldly affairs, is not considered loyalty to disbelievers.

Other types of dealings in people's life is not considered allegiance to non-Muslims, such as, economic transactions, family ties, also the equivalents international relationships.

Disavowing the disbelievers doesn't necessarily forbid from bingeing to them and to treat them with kindness as long as they are not fighters.

The main principle in the loyalty that lead to disbelieve (Kufr) is when it entails the love for the disbelieve or the desire that the disbelievers will have the upper hand over Muslims.

The research includes an introduction, two paragraphs and conclusion.
