Abstract EN

The Subject matter: The research presents an important stage of European Society which Subjects to the law of feudalism institution.

This research concentrates on the life of the third layer which represented by the slaves and serfs.

The Aims of the study: This study aims at discussing three hypotheses: The first discusses the definition of Feudalism, the principles of its appearance and characteristics.

The second point Concentrates on the stages of this system, its main principles and its essentials that were adopted to be the system of life society.

The third point sheds light on the life of European society and its way to follow the radicalism which rules the society and divides it to layers without any religious or moral justification s – This system rules the Societies without humanities but on the basis of what they own of land, finance and martial power.

Question of the Study: This study answers many questions: 1- The ability of feudalism.

institution to continue as asocial European society.2- The way of European citizen living in unfair and radical institution.3- Is the authority power able to apply its judgments.4- The great difference of living among the slaves life, nonexistent layer, the high layers and their flourishing life and how these slaves and nonexistent layers were dealt and Comprehended those change at the end of middle centuries.

Results of the Study: The bad affairs in all European Continent and the collapse of governmental institution led to an alternative central government.1- Those government represented by stable small governments which formed the feudalism institution.2- The system of institution lacks to the justice in distribution the layers and in each sides of life.3- The radicalism is the most proper characteristic of that institution.

It deals with the human according to its interest.
