his Study is an attempt to shed light on one of the outstanding Royal Figures in the History of Assyrian Empire (911- 612 B.

C) Adad – Nirari (III) Who Reigned Assyrian had been Suffering hard Economic and Military Conditions When Adad - Nirari (III) Ascended the Throne it had lost Sovereignty over much of the Provinces and had entered a State of Utter Political anarchy Adad- Nirari (III) Started Immediately after accession to Cure those bad Conditions and Succeeded in the end to restor dignity and Sovereignty to Assyria in addition History Witnessed the birth of a young Empire by the New Ruler Which Contnued to Rule Region to 612 B.
