The aim of the research is to design a training program according to the Kulpark theory for male and female educational guides, and then to identify its effectiveness in modifying the damaged values system for high school students, and its sample consisted of two types: the first (24) educational guide and guide in middle and middle schools in the city of Mosul for the school year ( 2016_ 2017) were intentionally chosen from the research community, and the second was a deliberate sample of their students whose number reached (340) male and female students, who have sharp negative indicators in their moral values system, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researchers prepared a training program and verified its validity, as they prepared Card A note to monitor the unacceptable behavior of students and consisted of (10) paragraphs and each paragraph followed by three alternatives (always, sometimes, rarely).

Edited by the training program sessions for the sample of female and male guides, and after the completion of the program and their orientation to their schools, the second stage of the experiment was implemented by monitoring the educational counselors and guides of the unwanted behaviors of their students through the note card and then identifying severe cases from them as guides Guidance sessions are applied to them, and after the completion of the sessions, the guides and female guides return the note card to the diagnosed students themselves, and after collecting the pre and post data, and analyzing them statistically by using the ZA test of the two coherent and independent samples, the results indicated the following: 1- There is a statistically significant difference between the pre- and post-observation ratios to modify the unacceptable behavior of the students' value system and the hypothesis and in favor of modification.2- There is a statistically significant difference between the rates of the pre and post observations, to amend the unacceptable behavior of the female students' value system and the hypothesis in favor of the amendment.3- There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of the two rates of adjustment of the moral values system for male and female students and for the benefit of female students.
