The Islamic State has taken care of the prisoners and made them special care in terms of their treatment of charity and mercy and to clarify the image of tolerance and forgiveness and open the way to guidance to them, so the Islamic wars were different from the other wars in the tyrant regimes, there is no manifestation of injustice and aggression and not a war.

Colonialism covets wealth, seeks land, extends influence, enslavement of peoples, or revenge for a nation.

It is a war for God and for god's sake, so that people may make the sacrifice, and they may enjoy security and safety and live the normal life that God wanted for them with happiness and reassurance, so the use of the word "war" had to be left with the word "jihad for the sake", and at a time when most other nations were killing prisoners or It is contrary to the law of Islam and what the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his companions (God bless them) and the caliphs after him, and therefore all the differences.

The misguidance that calls for violence and disrespect for prisoners is that they are outside Islam in full and in detail, and this is what we discussed in this research to drop everything that is contrary to our legal obligations.
